the key is hormones. i have been doing intensive workouts 6 days a week for a month. nothing lost. and, stomach and thigh pooch is still the same. PLEASE HELP.
i’ve been to drs and had tests run as well. they say nothing is wrong.

It sounds like you are making a few mistakes that will prevent your body from burning fat. Contrary to what most “experts” tell you, you can exercise too much and actually short-circuit the fat-loss process. This is more complex than I can answer in a comment, and I would need more information about you and your body.
