I betrayed my parents and lost their trust.  The community labeled me a criminal.  And my friends abandoned me overnight.

I was left with nothing.  And I felt like nothing… like a worthless piece of garbage!

And this belief began eating away at my soul… causing my own self-image to deteriorate until I couldn’t even stand seeing myself in a mirror.

Now here's where things get interesting:

What got me out of this destructive cycle was exercise and nutrition.

It was the springboard I needed to overcome my anorexia… so I thought…

The truth is, even through I developed good eating and exercise habits… I was still broken inside.

So I began exercising harder and longer… until I was working out more than 2 hours every day!

My body finally broke down and I became terribly sick.

There was no running from my subconscious.
