Dear Friend,
I’m about to explain how my client Emily lost 20 pounds in just 4 weeks – by making 3 simple tweaks…
But first, I need to explain something:
There are a couple of myths that hold most people back.
These myths PREVENT you from losing weight…
And Emily was falling victim to them as well.
First of all, most people think you need to eat less. And that – when you actually do eat – the meals need to be really elaborate and complex.
But that’s not true at all.
In fact, one of the first things I showed Emily was…
how to make simple meals that take less than 2 minutes to prepare
And can travel with you on the go. (So you never have to worry about packing meals that will spoil again!)
Now think about it: You’re eating mouth-watering meals (all day long) that only take 2 minutes to prepare. And they can travel with you easily.
How easy do you think it is to lose weight when you do this?
It’s incredibly easy! And that’s what Emily discovered too.
In addition, all we did was make 3 small tweaks to the foods Emily was already eating.
So it didn’t even feel like anything had changed!
Another myth is that you have to exercise a lot to lose weight…
But again… this simply isn’t true.
I remember sitting in my office. I was preparing for my consultation with Emily. I had never met her before.
She popped into the office. And was a little stand-offish. She looked nervous.
I stated asking her questions about her experience with exercise. And I noticed she was a bit hesitant. So I asked her if anything was wrong.
“I just don’t know if I can exercise for hours a day.” She said. “I’m worried I won’t be able to do it.”
Now it all made sense to me.
Emily (like most people) assumed she would have to exercise for 1-2 hours every day. But that’s not necessary.
The truth is, you only need to exercise for 30 minutes a day – 6 days a week.
And that’s exactly what Emily did. (Actually, she would occasionally do 40 minutes on 2 days of the week because she felt guilty about exercising so little.)
Emily did 3 days of cardo… and then 3 days of weight.
And like most women, she thought if she did weight she would get “bulky.”
So I explained to Emily that – when you lose weight by only doing cardio – you end up looking soft and flabby.
But, when you lose weight by doing weight-training, you end up looking firm and toned.
She reluctantly trusted me. And it payed off.
In the end…
she lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks and completely toned up her body!
But the best part was how good Emily felt in her body.
Her confidence went through the roof. She had more energy than when she was in her 30s! She was proud of her body.
And her entire demeanor changed. She started smiling all the time, and she walked tall.
One of the best parts about all this was how simple it is. Emily just did 3 things:
- She discovered how to eat delicious foods all day long and put her body into a fat-burn mode
- She REDUCED the amount of exercise to 30 minutes, 6 times a week
- She started weight-training
The key – of course – is putting your body into a thermogenic state by combining these 3 things correctly.
When you do that, your body burns fat – almost automatically. And it becomes so much easier to lose weight (and keep it off).
