Why Some People Can’t lose weight not matter what they do…

Have you ever noticed someone who – no matter what they do – they can’t seem to lose weight?

Or they can’t seem to change their body?

Maybe you’ve been there…  And I’m going to explain EXACTLY what’s missing…

Listen, I’ve been training for 20 years.  And I’ve worked with literally thousands of clients.

There have been some who virtually transform effortlessly and create their dream body.

And there have been clients who can’t seem to get their body to change no matter what they do…

… even though they do the same THINGS.  (They work out the same, eat the same, etc.)

So what’s the difference?  Is it genetic?

No… it’s not.  That’s not the issue.

The issue is actually something deeper.

It’s in the mind.  But not the conscious mind… no… it’s in the subconscious mind.

It’s your belief.  Your attitude. 

The fact is (and this has been scientifically proven), your subconscious mind is like a thermostat…

It keeps you in a “comfort zone” in your life.

This means – whenever you go above (or below) your comfort zone – the body always pulls you back to what you’re used to.

For example, if you lose weight… and you start eating differently and exercising differently…

Your subconscious mindset is going to do everything it can to pull you back to where you’ve been.


Unless you shift your subconscious mindset – you’re doomed to stay the same!

The good news is… you CAN shift your subconscious mindset.  And it’s not that difficult.

But… it does take consistent habits and repetition to do so.

So here are the steps;

  1. You MUST create an image of what you want to become.  (Your body, finances, relationships, etc…)  The image must be of what you WANT.  Not what you don’t want.  And it must be crystal clear.

  2. You must CONSTANTLY visualize this image throughout the day.  As often as possible.  Until you start BELIEVING that you can obtain it.

  3. You must FEEL GOOD when you visualize your image.  This means you gotta create an image REALISTIC enough that you actually believe you can get it – and you get excited when you think of it.

  4. You must spend at least 90 seconds in the morning and before bed visualizing/saying/feeling YOU HAVING ALREADY ACHIEVED your image.

  5. You must do this EVERY DAY until it becomes AUTOMATIC

Once you do these 5 steps, you will know that you’ve re-programmed your subconscious mind.

And you WILL get the results (and KEEP your results) once you make this shift.

Think about it this way…

When your subconscious changes, you’ll start AUTOMATICALLY making the right decisions with your exercise, eating, habits, sleep, etc…  To create your dream body.

And these will become your new normal – which will cause you to KEEP your results.

It’s different… but it works.  I’ve seen it work every single time over the last 20 years.
