There’s something most people are doing – right now – that is one of the biggest time wasters for weight-loss.
In fact, I can almost guarantee you’re making this time-wasting mistake too.
And I’m about to explain how to avoid it so you free up hours and hours of extra time.
Wanna guess what the single biggest time waster for weight-loss is?
Come on. Take one good guess…
Alright… here it is:
Cardio is one of the biggest wastes you can do to lose weight.
Let me explain why… and how you can save hours of time each week with a few simple “tweaks”.
First of all, cardio actually isn’t the most effective way to lose weight.
Weight training is…
I know… that’ sounds backward. But stay with me.
Weight training adds lean mass – which stimulates your body to burn fat. It also revs up your metabolism like a Ferrari engine.
And, when you do it right, weight-training gets your heart rate up into a cardio zone.
Ok. That’s pretty cool. Now let’s look at cardio.
Cardio does burn calories – while you do it. (And maybe for a little while after.)
But it does not create any sort of sustained fat-burning effects like weight training does.
But here’s the problem:
Most people do 1-2 hours of cardio a day when they try to lose weight. And many people believe you must run. This is a huge mistake.
In fact, running often only hurts your joints.
The truth is, when you do weight training correctly, you only need to do 30-45 minutes of walking each day – at the most. (Many of my clients lose 30 pounds in 12 weeks doing just 30 minutes of cardio – 3 days a week!)
And here’s the best part:
You only need to train with weights for 30 minutes – 3 days a week.
That’s a total time investment of just 3 hours per WEEK!
See. I told you I would show you how to save hours of time each week.
