4 Rules for easy weight loss (the diet industry doesn’t want you to know)

And ALL of the diets that are currently being used and promoted…

I know.  This sounds crazy.  But keep reading and I’ll show you exactly what I’m talking about.

I’m going to give you 4 rules for weight loss… and you’ll see how these diets are messing up your body and PREVENTING you from losing weight.

First of all…

You need to eat more Often

Now, this goes against what most diets are telling you.  They’re telling you to fast, and eat less.

And, again, this is setting you up to fail.  Here’s how the body actually works:

Whenever you eat, you stimulate your body’s system to burn the food and rev up it’s metabolism.

So… as long as you eat the right foods… every time you eat, you SPEED UP your body and cause it to burn fat more efficiently.

As a result, you lose weight FASTER when you eat more often.

In addition…

you need to eat more

The truth is, when you don’t eat enough, you cause your body to slow down…

And it actually starts STORING FAT!

It’s a survival mechanism your body developed over thousands of years.

You see, whenever our ancestors would starve (because they didn’t have access to food) the body would slow down and conserve everything it had… because it didn’t know how long it would be before the next meal.

Simply put, when you don’t eat enough, you cause your body to slow down and “hold onto” whatever it has.

And this means your body will hold onto fat!

On the other hand, if you eat more food, your body has an abundance of nutrients and easily burns fat.

Now, this doesn’t mean to stuff your face.  Obviously if you overeat… and you eat the wrong foods… you will gain weight.

But restricting calories will cause your body to hold onto the weight.

The magic occurs when you eat enough food, and you eat often.  This is when the body starts letting go of weight!

And another trick is to…

Stop Eating carbs after 4:00 p.m.

And I mean all carbs – rice, potatoes, peas, corn, pasta, and fruit.

Listen, carbs are the body’s source of immediate energy.  It’s like throwing gasoline on a fire.

But later in the day, when your body is slowing down to go into its sleep cycle, you don’t need carbs.

In fact, if you eat carbs at night… you flood your body with extra energy it cannot use… so it stores it as fat!

Instead, you want the majority of your carbs early in the day.  This will give you energy.  And it will cause your body to drop weight fast!

Now, do you see how the diet industry is lying to you?!?

They are spreading lies in order to sell their stuff.  And the only people who get hurt are you and me.

And here’s another big lie they’ve sold you on… that you can’t eat carbs if you want to lose weight.

Actually it’s the exact opposite:

Your body needs carbs to lose weight properly!

Let me explain…

Carbohydrates (carbs) are the bodies immediate source of energy.

In addition, your muscles are mostly water, and need carbohydrates.

So when you cut carbs, you drain your body of the energy it needs to burn fat.  And you deflate your muscles.

In other words, you starve your muscles and feed the fat!

And this is a recipe for disaster…

What ends up happening is your body slows down, and loses muscle.  And when this happens, it makes it easy to gain weight… and almost impossible to lose weight.

Plus, when you cut carbs, you end up getting more weird cravings that often cause you to gain weight.

Now, I know this goes against everything the diet industry is trying to tell you these days.

But it’s the truth.  And it’s proven.
