Here we go:

Step 1: Eat Breakfast

Listen, the whole fasting thing… it’s a fad.

And all it does is SLOW your metabolism down.

On the other hand – when you eat breakfast (and it’s the right foods) – it will jump-start your metabolism like a bolt of lightning!

I know… I know… it sounds opposite.  But I’ve been doing this for 20 years – and it works every time (without fail)!

So… just start eating breakfast – right after you wake up.

Ok… so let’s look at the next step:

Step 2: Drink A Lot Of Water

Did you know that 7 out of 10 people are dehydrated?

It’s true.

And when you’re dehydrated, your body struggles to burn fat.  There are a lot of reasons why… but the gist of it is this:  Your body needs to be hydrated to function optimally.

And when you’re dehydrated, your body kinda becomes sluggish.

So… take your weight and multiply it by .66 – and that’s how much water you should have.

For example, I weight 200 lbs.  So… 200x.66= 132 oz of water a day.

Pretty cool huh?

Alright… how about step 3?  I’m glad you asked…

Step 3: Cut Carbs after 4:00 p.m.

This is really weird…

When you have carbs (even healthy ones) after about 4:00 p.m. – they usually get stored as fat.

Even the healthy carbs like:

  • Fruit
  • Rice
  • Sweet potatoes
  • peas
  • corn
  • pasta

And so… a lot of people think they’re eating healthy, but really they’re causing their body to gain fat.

Instead, eat only complete proteins and veggies after 4:00 p.m.

Your body will be able to burn more fat, you’ll sleep better, and you’ll probably even feel better in the morning.
