Dear Friend,

If you’ve ever wondered what nutrition plan is the best… or how to get rid of auto-immune disorders and disease… This will be the most exciting message you ever read.

Here’s the story:  I’m using myself as a “human guinea-pig” to cure some issues I’m having with my body.  For example, I’m currently experiencing:

  • Stomach Bloating
  • Gas
  • Fatigue
  • Hair Loss
  • Weight Loss

And if you’ve ever experienced any of these symptoms… then you’ll find this “experiment” particularly interesting.

But I’m also testing some nutrition programs to see if…

They Can Help Me Put On Lean Muscle – Fast…

You see, I struggle to gain weight.  And part of the reason I’m experiencing issues with my body is because I eat so much.

And when you eat too much of any food… your body can develop a sensitivity to it.  Here’s what I mean:  If you were to eat a dozen potatoes every single day… pretty soon your body wouldn’t react well to potatoes.

And since I’m eating about 3,500 calories per day… it’s hard not to “overeat” foods and develop a sensitivity to them.

So, for the next 30 days…

I’m Doing An Elimination Diet To “Reset” My Body

… and find out what foods I’m sensitive to.

Here’s how it works:

First, I’m restricting my food to a few basic foods that people rarely have allergies to (i.e. organic meats, non-nightshade veggies, and healthy fats like coconut oil).

And so far…

I’ve already gone through the “keto flu” and now I’m enjoying a lot of great energy without any carbohydrates

Then… after 30 days, I’m going to start adding foods back in one at a time to see how my body reacts…

  • Do I get a stomach ache?
  • Does my energy dip?
  • Do I get bloated?
  • Etc…

And the first food I’ll add in is walnuts… followed by eggs, avocado and then mozzarella cheese.

From this point (assuming the foods all pass) I’ll have a decision to make:

Will I Go Keto, Paleo, Or Traditional?

I’m tempted to try keto since my body will already be in a Ketosis state… and I do like the idea of being able to use fats to fuel my workouts rather than carbs.

However, I’m also struggling with whether or not I want to give up some of the foods I love forever… like bread and rice.

And I still have a nagging voice in the back of my head telling me variety is the best “diet” and – as long as I don’t have a food allergy – I should eat as wide of a variety of foods as I can.

So who knows… but I’m on the journey and I’m glad to have you with me.  We’ll figure this out together.

Well, that’s all the time I have today… so long and see you soon!

Sincerely,
Stu
