Here’s what happened:
After having three kids, Jamie’s body just wouldn’t respond.
She found me after she saw one of her friends lose 21 pounds working with me. It turns out Jamie had married one of my friends from high school… so we had an instant connection.
Jamie told me how she didn’t have any time to work out. She worked an hour away – so she had to leave her house at 6:00 a.m. And didn’t get back home until 6:00 p.m. She had kids and a house to take care of.
By the time she got home, she was exhausted. All she wanted to do was eat carbs. And she really didn’t have the energy to exercise.
She also told me that it felt impossible to eat right because she was constantly cooking for her three kids (and husband). They didn’t want to eat healthy. And she was too busy to cook multiple meals.
I’ll admit… it seemed like a big challenge. But I had already helped hundreds of people just like Jamie…
They would swear they couldn’t do it… and they’d give me all sorts of reasons:
The truth is, over the last 20 years, I’ve heard just about every excuse and reason for not being able to succeed. But there’s ALWAYS a solution.
And Jamie was no different.
Anyway, after talking with Jamie, I knew it would be much easier than she thought.
It was clear she had Repressed Metabolic Syndrome. She had spent years yo-yoing and dieting. And now, her metabolism was dormant.

She signed up. But she was a bit skeptical.
The first thing we did was figure out how she could eat more – a lot more.
You see, Jamie was eating 1-2 meals a day. She figured that, since she didn’t have time, she would do intermittent fasting.
But all that did was slow her body down even more.
In fact, she wasn’t even hungry most of the time.
We went from two meals a day to four meals a day. And within a week, Jamie got her appetite back. (This was a sign that her metabolism was speeding back up!)
Jamie also noticed that her energy went through the roof! Now, when she got home from work… instead of feeling exhausted, Jamie felt like she could keep going… and she did.
She would do her 30 minutes of exercise when she got home. And then eat dinner with the family.
It worked out perfect…
She was ecstatic. The program was working faster than anything she had ever tried. And for good reason.
Here’s why the program worked so fast:
First, Jamie’s body was STARVING for food. She was working hard, had a busy life, and was on the go almost all day. Her body was desperate for nutrients. And, as soon as Jamie started eating more, her body absorbed the food and started functioning properly.
Next, with all the extra energy Jamie had, she was able to exercise when she got home. Plus, her cravings vanished!
Finally, because Jamie was now eating and exercising correctly, her body went into the Thermogenic State – and it started burning fat CONSTANTLY.
This is the key.

Once she understood this, she could eat a lot of food – all day long – and still burn fat faster than she ever had before.
